Perhaps you can find a fast answer. You may also have some luck directly looking up the datasheet for your module or for the chip on the module that uses I2C specifically and see if the datasheet gives any fast answers. Often, a module will have a range of I2C addresses that can be selected by changing jumpers so you may have to try several I2C addresses from a known range to see which one your device is configured for.

If the module or component has an existing Arduino library written for it, you can install the library and see if there are sample sketches that are already set up with the most likely default I2C address your device uses.

The goal of this article is to clarify the slave address standard used by all Total Phase products and to help developers determine what slave address they should use.
